Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The warranty is given by Aquatec Equipment, contactable by phone or email. To make a claim under the warranty, you must return the faulty product to the place of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Where the recipient is aged 17 years or under, we request that a parent or guardian complete the registration form.
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected through this form is primarily used to administer the Extended Guarantee and may also be used for internal research, product development and marketing initiatives where consent has been provided.
